It was meant to be tongue in check. I was also thinking more along the lines of when you brutally kill someone and make the motion of squatting up and down while standing over them like your dipping your balls on them. Also considered a teabagging and signifies that you are now my biatch. Probably something like what Terrence Jones might have done after he stomped on that bum before the season started.
