Based on my internet research, this isn't the first time Patti assaulted someone. She had a performance on Oprah and she kicked off her high heel shoes into the audience and an audience member was hit in the head. lol

I was actually looking for her twitter page to see what kind of flak she has been getting over this.

Really? Are we watching the same video??

Exactly what time in the video was the contact made physically from the bodyguards??

All I see is at 40 sec in the op video that the kid pushes on of the bodyguard and then it starts.

And im not siding with the bodyguards just stating facts seen on the video.

The bodyguard push is at 0:39.

Pgab, I noticed that. Without sound, it's hard to tell what he's gesturing about. He may have been in a protracted argument with those guys. He might have been stumbling drunk and saying slanderous things about their mothers. In the final analysis, I don't see that it matters. They came up on him, punched him, and threw him into a concrete pillar. Even if RocketBlood was right that he pushed first, they were still aggressive about coming up on him and getting in his face and struck blows. His push was a weak, defensive push.

    Really?

In the video the original contact is made at the 12/13 second mark by the cadet. Hard to tell if it was accidental or on purpose, but to me it looks like something I would do if I was lost and trying to ask a passer by a question. Honestly looks like at first the guard just completely ignored him and went on doin what he was doin with luggage and didn't think much of it.

At around the 30 second mark it gets kinda hard to tell what exactly is happening leading up to the fight, but clearly at the 39/40 second mark the bodyguard makes the first contact by bumping right into the kid with his chest, the kid pushed back and it escalated from there.

LOL @ bodyguard pushing the kid at 39 sec.

Im guessing yall are assuming the guard gets between the luggage an the victim and confronts him THAT'S A SHOVE OR PUSH.

I seen better videos on youtube of real ass beating of bodyguards and bouncers to where they dont quit stomping on the victims heads..

Once again hopefully the kid wins millions!

The body guard either shoved the kid with his left hand or bumped him with his shoulder before the kid pushed back. It is difficult to tell by that angle.

he's gesturing towards the car, the bodyguards step up and the "fight" starts. without sound i can't tell who started it, the bodyguards were probably to aggressive

It would be irrelevant what gestures he made. No gesture in the world can justify that response.

posing for photos w/ a celebrity who just had her security beat the crap out of someone is not part of their job. at the least it shows a bias on their part.

what was their job in that case? if they were doing their job her bodyguards would have been arrested for assault.

that would be outrageous as well - but at least they were arresting sheen where in this case they not only allow her people to get away w/ assault, but then take pics w/ her. it makes it appear that she and her bodyguards got away w/ beating someone b/c she is a "celebrity".

if i was working his defense i would definitely play this angle...cops showed bias.

are you honestly to young to remember her. she was the number one female R&B artist for a while in the eighties if you are. and she was very popular among a wide audience. and yes, she was known for ridiculous hairstyles which i had forgotten till that post

i dont see him "wobbling" at all and even though he drops out of the frame before the beating i dont think he did anything - he might have been looking to see who it was, but it looked like he was still on the phone and not physically threatening anyone. he was backing away and one guy bodied up to him so he pushed him back w/ one hand and thats when all 3 of the security guys jumped on him. how the hell did those 3 assholes not get arrested right there?

and shame on all the people that just walked by as the guy was laying there - the only one who tries to help him is the guy in the cowboy hat. one guy in blue shirt and black pants is just standing there w/ his hands in his pockets - pathetic!

Cops should always act like somebody is videotaping their every move. They should go about their business objectively and professionally. If I were the boss of this HPD cop and saw him doing this on tape, then he would be fired. Fraternizing with celebs is not part of the cop's job description. That's a bunch of bs. I hope it helps this guy win his suit.
