    and i think its funny that you ignore the fact that two men bigger than him were hitting him in the face and he was already falling backwards when the 63 year old hairdresser "pushed" him down. she sure didnt act like a 63 year old lady - i watched that video probably 10 times and i thought it was a dude.

    Come on, he was clearly making a joke. One that I also thought to myself because it sounds funny that the 63 year old hair dresser is one of the two being charged (obviously it is because she did the pushing after the initial blows and the push seems to have caused the most damage because of the head impact). It is funny because she is Patti's hairdresser. And old. And a woman.

    I guess I'm one of the few people who runs the almost certain risk of getting my ass beat down and jumps in to help the kid. No amount of possible verbal abuse or actions we see from the cadet warrants that kind of beating. For people to just stand there or walk by, really shows what a bunch of p*****s we have living in this country.

    From the looks of it, a good amount of the injury was accidental. He fell on an elevated piece of concrete. That said, it doesn't absolve his attackers of any culpability - just some lenience.

    Yes, they will.

    They should get a more lenient sentence from the injury being circumstantial than if they intentionally inflicted it.
