    While I couldn't stand Patrick as a player (see NCAA Final Fours and NBA Finals v. Houston) I always thought he was a darn good center. Having learned the basics from John Thompson I think he might actually be able to transfer some of that knowledge to Yao. I'm not sure Moses or Akeem could get past the language barrier (English, not Chinese;) ) enough nor are they familiar with the Riley-Van Gundy system. I just can't imagine seeing Patrick on a Rockets bench...

    So did Ewing accomplish anything while with the Wizards?

    Yep. He definitely improved!

    And Kwame Brown is looking like a star!

    And Brendan Haywood has really emerged as a true center......
