Patrick was in the second all defensive team last season and now he is a garbage?

Patrick worth every dollar he is paid for. He took less than 10 FGA, more than half of them are 3 points which he made 36.1% of them.

What else do you guys expect from a player with a contract of $1m per?

This post is simply too stupid.

 

The problem is that Morey hasn't found someone who can play championship basketball as a starting caliber PG.

This trade deadline proved there was multiple opportunities to get one of those guys and you could argue that the Rockets had one of the better packages for a trade.

They chose to hold on to a soft European who will not improve much more than what you are seeing now.

 

Beverley is not garbage. However he isn't a starter in this league. He is a back up 2nd string PG.

Lin OTOH is more close to garbage and a 3rd string PG on one of the worst teams in the league.

 

I'd say Lin is slightly better than Beverly. How many near 40 point games has Bev had compared to Lin's? But neither are starting caliber guards.

 

Maybe someday he'll find his Mario Chalmers, or Bev will live up to those lofty standards.

 

Beverly should cut his hair. He'll be good again then.

You are right, Lin has way more 30 point games in his career than Bev. Unfortunately, Lin also has a major lead in playoff game-ending turnovers.

 

Lin is more talented than Beverley but is more turnover-prone, more mentally weak, and more inconsistent.
