priggs and terry will both be playing the playoffs. that shouldn't really be a question.

I've never seen "Team Defense" become so crucial. Rotations will have to be spot on, hedging will have to be spot on...Everyone is going to have to give 110% and then some for us to make a legitimate run.

Jason Terry has done a good job as a starting player this season, he shoots much better as a starter

I'm in the minority that believes D-Mo should also have some consideration to be in there during crunch time. Just for a few reasons.

    A) D-Mo spreads the floor with his three from the corner.

    B) Jones doesn't run the pick and roll nearly as well as Jones does. D-Mo spins off the pick and rolls extremely well to the basket and finishes with quick touches around the rim. That's our go to play. Brewer/Ariza will have to become the "Point Guard" just long enough to give the entry pass into D-Mo at the high post, and let Harden get a running start from the corner and like I've said (yes it gets annoying) you have several options....

    1) D-Mo's man helps out, slip the pass to D-Mo for a lay up.
    2) No one helps, Harden gets a lay up
    3) Howards man helps, alley to Howard.

It's a play that has been rarely stopped since Howard has gotten back, heck even before Howard came back. I love Jones, but I hope D-Mo sure gets his minutes because that play is just flat out deadly.

    Rockets undefeated when he starts!

He, NOT Donatas Motiejunas, is the real x-factor. :p

I disagree. Jones runs the pick and roll exactly like Jones does =p

Rockets will be a 1st round fodder team. Will get abused by the other PGs in the West on defense, then on offense the other team can just double Harden and stop him from having the ball. When he does have the ball, have everyone surrounding him and make someone else do something.

That's been the strategy against Houston all season with Howard & Bev both missing 1/2 of the season and yet no one has stopped them

He's gonna be really cheap. Can't see Morey not signing him back to at least be a primary backup.

I reckon we need an update to the chart showing all the games lost to injuries to key players...

Right, because you know, 73 games into the season and other teams have yet to try this out. Night in and night out, Harden faces all kinds of defensive looks, and he's able to still get his numbers. Shooting a high volume of 3 pointers like we do FORCES other defenses to compensate, which allows us to match Harden up one-on-one going to the basket.

Calling them "first round fodder" when they're sitting in 2nd in the West is foolish.

    Too bad for Pat Bev.

I sure he would have liked to have won a championship with us.
