Parker had a bad game on Friday night. At least, in the first half.

Yep Parker's fabulous 2pts was the primary reason for the last loss to Spurs.

The game I went to in San Antonio no one could stay in front of him Bev, would harass him and make it HARD to get the ball into the post.

You know, defense is a lot more than how many points the other guy scores, right?

Clips-Spurs will likely go to 7 games. This gives us about a week more to rest. Will Bev be back by then? Or at least come back for part of the series? We will need him to guard Parker/Paul.

Unlikley, the original projection was WCF and even that was generous

I thought morey said in an interview that WCF was more likely and that semifinals was a possibility (although small). But with the Clips-Spurs going to more games it buys some more time. I'd like to hear an update from the Rockets on it

Bev said a couple of weeks ago that he is slated to get his cast off sometime May 8th-10th, and he wants to play as soon as it comes off. Doctors will evaluate him at that point, so I doubt Pat will come back as soon as he wants to.

Game 7 for the Spurs/Clippers would be on Saturday, so game 1 of the 2nd Round would likely be on Tuesday night (5/5).

We could see Bev as early as game 3, best case scenario.

And he will have jello for forearm muscles.

It's best he sits until at least the WCF. We can't have a PG out there who is no threat to shoot.

I don't know why beverley opted for surgery. It's not like he's gonna get paid this offseason. Whoever he signs with, will only pay him bench player type money.

    Pretty selfish on his part.

You clearly have never worn a cast. I can tell you from experience he will not be back immediately after the cast is off. I don't even play professional sports, so my needs are not as important as Beverley, and it still took me about 2 weeks after the cast coming off to rehab.

That-being-said, I understand that I was only rehabbing twice a week because I was still working. An NBA player has 24/7 to rehab. So maybe that cuts down the time, but Bev needs to be in a condition to play pro ball. I didn't need to be in that condition to sit in an office lol.

We can't let a scrub like JJ kill us. Bev would shut that dwarf down.
