They can label you as a LOF, they can also label you as a rockets hater. Those so called "true rockets fans" are just obnoxious, they presume things too often, too much, and they truly believe their poor judgements... Smh...

Agreed. There's suddenly a whole lot more pressure on Lin to rediscover some of his magic. A mediocre showing from him in the playoffs means we won't get past the second round at best.

Is the AB trade worth it now?

I still think so. The only advantage AB really has over Canaan is that we know he can get hot from downtown from time to time. AB's D sucks big balls and so does his court vision.

He will be fine, just needs a little more playing time. He did well yesterday in the first half.

Disagree, AB does what he does pretty well (He has been dishing out nice assists for the nuggets). At this point, you can't trust a rookie like Canaan over AB--a proven playoff veteran. Cannan could barely hold his own against 3rd stringers.

    From there..

you have regular season games, and then by another large margin you have the playoffs. Brooks bad D was overtaken by his offense more than 50% of the time so he was a net +. Cannan needs more experience. It also isn't fair to the guy as he should have been seeing much more minutes.

Ok, enough of this bulls**t about karma and westbrook- that's a steaming pile of dung and you guys F**king know it, too. I don't give a **** about OKC fans or Westbrook's reaction- f**k that p***y- always acting like Beverly intentionally tried to hurt him- he's a big ****** crybaby- and stop implying that Beverly deserved it or something- what the **** is wrong with some of you? Players get injured- and Beverly didn't deserve any **** like this, neither does any player (except for maybe Bruce Bowen). You hear me talking to you, Westbrook? Quit your ****** PBev whining, shut your f**King hole and play your game, b****.

I'm confident that Lin can step up- solid team defense, Harden and Howard- ****, we can still go far- y'all stop being a bunch of negative f**king Nancys and support your ************** Rockets already!!!!!!

    short term memory?
vs Deron williams: he had great games against deron, even causing back to back to back steals off him, were the ian eagle was in awe.

Ty Lawson : The fatman who loved playing illegal defense own words... " I think the key is stopping lin. "

Lowry: yeah ok. because it was Lowry that has torched lin? might want to watch those games again.

Westbrook? pssh. It's reggie jackson who abuses both bev and lin.

cp flop, i'll give you that one. he is going to get an oscar an emmy and a tony when he plays against us. :p

It's the stars of the team that should be a little more violent in their attitude. Harden needs to punch someone in the balls and so does dwight.

You guys are missing the point and be more worried about the 2nd unit and how Canaan will play.

Did you see the first match up against raptors. Let me know the stats of Lin and Lowry. By the way, pat. Started that game, Lin finished it.
Deron Williams eats Jeremy live? Do you want bet for money?
I did not mention this is a team sports, did I?

If the question was whether or not I would rather have AB or Canaan, then of course the answer would be AB. I will always take veteran over rookie come playoff unless said rookie has star potential and Canaan clearly doesn't IMO. To me, AB and Canaan are very similar players in that they are both:

    - Woefully undersized
    - Poor defenders
    - Poor finishers due to height
    - Scorers

AB's ability to pass, really to do anything, ALWAYS comes down to his ability to score, which comes down to his ability to shoot. He is literally a one trick pony and I see Canaan very much the same way. This is why I still don't mind the trade. I would still rather have J-Ham on this team and see what he can do than AB, but the timing on PBev's injury is extremely worrisome because Canaan has not had the time to grow into AB's role.

We don't need perimeter defense and toughness, right?

think of the next 12 games as getting canaan some experience come playoffs...so he has 12 games to get some experience under his belt.

Yea that is true. At this point I don't care if we lose a couple of games to groom Cannan because its better that he is more seasoned for the playoffs
