    He needs to protect his career. Don't return early just to get back for the play-offs if the knee is not healthy. He represents a huge loss IMO, but he needs to get it right before he returns.

    @BimaThug: FWIW, #Rockets have just under $1.5M remaining of their Room MLE if they want to entice good FA PG (maybe from Europe/China?) to join roster

    happens when you don't rest your starters. and especially someone who plays 94 ft for the whole game. Damn this hurts.

    was my main concern when I posted in that thread. Brooks is a vet PG that will be needed in playoffs just in case an injury happens.

    I was saying if lin got hurt but didnt think it would be BEV

    It's about to be April.

    Playoffs start on April 19. If he needs two months of rehab, the then the only way he'll come back is if we make it to the finals which starts in June.

    Or he really is a junkyard dog and comes back in a month, and we need him for the 2nd round which begins around May 5.
