Crap…this absolutely sucks! This hurts the team in so many ways. I really feel bad for PBev and hope there is a chance for him to return in the playoffs. We need his on-the-ball defense.

Lin has been playing well post injury so I'm not worried about him at all. But, our bench becomes so weak now with Canaan's inexperience running point. I like what Hamilton brings to this team but now that AB trade is going to bite us in the ***.

Is Mike James still available ? He did pretty well as a backup with the Mavs last year.

I was afraid it was going to be bad. But the way I look at it now, is that Canaan has a chance to show us what he's all about. Maybe Canaan will turn out to be a great player. You never know.

It really doesn't matter whom Morey will sign.

He will not come in to start ahead of Lin nor will he even be the backup ahead of Canaan.

Lin had it repaired, which is why he missed the entire month of April and the play offs with the Knicks.

And even if you do make it back, you're not the player you were before. You've got loads of rust, you haven't found your legs, your NBA timing is out, and your shot is usually off.

Additionally, if you rush back too soon you risk re-injury.

If Bev shuts it down through the play offs, he'll probably be rehabbing all summer, then probably a month or two to get fully back up to speed next season.

I don't know why people are posting a picture of Westbrook here in CF'S in regard to Beverley's injury! Stop posting trash like that! It's almost as if you are reveling in Beverley's injury by throwing salt onto the wound!

As far as the playoffs are concerned, we are only going as far as Harden/Howard take us! Yes it's a big blow, BUT NOT A KNOCK-OUT PUNCH! Stop posting like Ckicken Little! The Sky is falling! The Sky is falling!. You go to war with what you have, just like every other team does! So stop crying!!

    GO ROCKETS!!!
