It's laughable how some are comparing Mahomes to Manziel. Manziels game was never as smooth as Mahomes. Manziel was a chucker. Mahomes has better vision and accuracy.
These Peterman highlights are about as bland as any QB highlights I have ever watched. They make Mahomes look like HOF talent.
Yep. I said somewhere else that I watched probably eight Pitt games this year, and I feel confident in comparing Peterman to Savage.
Yea Peterman makes Eli look wild and crazy! Mahomes has swag which can be good and bad but he seems to be a very good citizen so I'm guessing his swag is a positive.
I've seen Watson as low as 20-23 in some mocks. Very tempting to try and trade up if he's there but we need so many other pieces that waiting until 25 (or even trading down for extra picks) to snag Mahomes is probably better if you think Mahomes has a future. Basically, Watson minus a pick or Mahomes plus an extra pick. What you got?
Well the draft game has already moved Mahomes to the top of the second round. I would usually draft him in the third.
I don't think we need a lot. We played the Patriots better than anyone else has this late in the season. With a quarterback, we might have been playing a home game this coming weekend. Do what you have to to get one.
Pretty sure he meant just getting one of the Top 3. Posted this in the Draft Thread but think you have to be really weary about drafting an air-raid QB high in hopes of them having an immediate impact (or at all). List of air raid QBs drafted before Goff last season including their draft position, starts, and passer rating. Tim Couch Kentucky 1 59 75.1 Brandon Weeden** Oklahoma State 22 25 76 Johnny Manziel** Texas A&M 22 15 74.4 Kevin Kolb Houston 36 21 78.9 Geno Smith** West Virginia 39 29 72.3 John Beck BYU 40 7 67.6 Nick Foles** Arizona 88 35 87.3 Josh Heupel Oklahoma 177 0 N/A Kliff Kingsbury Texas Tech 201 0 79.2 B.J. Symons Texas Tech 248 0 N/A Case Keenum** Houston UFA 15 79.8 Dominique Davis ECU UFA 0 81.8 Graham Harrell Texas Tech UFA 0 64.6 Jared Lorenzen Kentucky UFA 0 58.3 Jason White Oklahoma UFA 0 N/A Max Hall BYU UFA 3 35.7 Nate Hybl Oklahoma UFA 0 N/A Sonny Cumbie Texas Tech UFA 0 N/A Taylor Potts Texas Tech UFA 0 N/A * The average passer rating of all 40 active NFL QBs with 1,000-plus career attempts: 85.5. So almost all of these air raid QBs have been below-average NFL QBs. As has often been the case, Foles is the glimmer of hope in a well of discouragement.

So according to your list Mahomes should not even enter the draft and just give up football all together. I mean you all have his whole NFL career figured out.
Lol. Take it however you want to. But by taking him in the first, you're betting he's the best QB prospect to ever come out of an air raid offense. Forgot to post link though. http://www.sbnation.com/college-football/2016/4/21/11473382/jared-goff-nfl-draft-2016-cal-air-raid
