    Grab a pen and a sheet of paper and write your password down on the sheet of paper.. Repeat steps if needed...

    Wow, people actually trust their PW with some kind of program? I keep my password in notepad on my computer. Copy and paste if needed. Or like someone said. If you need your passwords on the move put it in your email or whatever device and add extra # word letters to it to throw people off. Don't make it obvious that the email or note is suppose to contain a passwords.

    yeah, how about, use the sites often enough so that it becomes 2nd nature to type it? If it's not in your brain because you can't memorize stuff, then make it muscle memory
