Rajon Rondo is a bad example. He's currently shooting 50 percent on jumpers up to 15 feet . He's also a much better finisher than Lowry or Brooks.

No sir... When teams force Rondo to be a scorer, Boston loses more often than not. Teams will let Rondo take 3's all night long. And Rondo is actually a high shooter inside the 3point line. He's very good in that area.

Why do you think Mo is important for the Cavs? I don't know if you seen a lot of Cavs games but the Cavs take off when Mo is hot. That's how they beat the Lakers on Christmas. Why do you think they lost to the Magic last year besides having a stretch PF? When MO couldn't shoot last year in the Eastern Conference finals, the Cavs sucked big time.

You have to have a person that can hit the outside shot when you have players like Yao and Martin. If teams double up on these guys and your PG can't hit the 3, you make easier for the other team to win. You have to keep the defense honest. Why do you think we sucked soo bad when Rafer was our PG? He couldn't keep teams honest.

You guys are funny. You guys complain all year long about how trash Tmac is and how bad you guys wanted him out. Then we get Kevin Martin, a efficient scorer that the Rockets need at the 2 spot. He struggle a big at the first couple of games and now you guys bashing him?

Against Orlando was his third game with the Rockets. He have to get used to a new city and new team. Why do ya expect him to be good at the beginning? This is the first time Kevin Martin got traded in his career. The first two games he struggle and the first half against Orlando he struggled too. But the second half against them, Martin looks a bit more comfortable and managed to put up 18 points in a half.

I'm starting to feel like anyone who isn't Lebron, Wade or Kobe isn't good enough for you guys. So, from now on everything some you will talk about, I just won't pay attention to it because most of ya just made me realized that ya just don't know nothing about basketball.

Plus some of you bashing Kevin Martin and raving about Von Wafer? You got to be kidding me.

He averages 10 more minutes than Lowry and only beats him in assists per game by .5

Aaron Brooks- 35.8 MPG, 5.1 APG

Kyle Lowry- 24.7 MPG, 4.6 APG

He needs to pass more and with Martin on the team that should make it even easier to get assits.

To be fair, when Brooks and Lowry share the court, Lowry plays the point.

ROFLMAO - Martin was 0-7 in the first half, how many assists do you think anyone would get passing to Martin when he shoots that badly?

Lowry is a much better passer, but he has played all year with better finishers in CBud, Landry and Andersen.

Brooks by contrast gets, Ariza, Battier and Hayes.......not exactly fair is it?

We need them both, but the criticism Brooks is getting is 100% lunacy, he has been our best player this year by a wide margin.

He is up over 6ppg this year, his assists are up, his shooting percentage is up, and every other coach, announcer and GM in the league is talking about how good he is...not to mention people like Kobe calling him Tony Parker like.

Yet, here on Clutchfans, people are killing him over one bad game.

    What a fricken joke.

totally agree, and Brooks starts because of the starting lineup that is out there, Brooks has to spread the floor and does it well. Brooks should have been in the All Star game this year over J-Kidd, and to just sit there and say that our leading scorer (and I don't care how you try and figure it) leading Ast player to stop doing what he is supposed to do, is just stupid.

I agree,he needs to pass to Martin more, especially since he was heating up....but for so long this season he has been use to putting the team on his shoulders that it must be weird depending on someone else.Just give them a couple more games together, they will mesh.Regardless, I think Martin well be better off when he and Lowry are in the Lineup together

lol... y are u even comparing j kidd to brooks? and pls hell no to all star, brooks does not deserve the all star yet. u must be dreaming to pick brooks over deron, nash, cp3 etc etc. I love brooks, he can shoot and is very quick. It sucks to see guy with such a potential who does not share the ball as a point guard. I rather see brooks taking around 14 shots and gets around 7 assist than jacking up 20 shot and have 4 assist. Why did we get kevin martin? to score. and all of you need to stop bashing kevin martin, he just go here it takes time to adjust. Good thing is he is getting to FT which is what we needed eversince lowry got injured and Carl got hurt. But yea, brooks u r good but contribute to others :D

I guess you are right, he is playing amazing. It seems like many people are not satisfied with undersized combo guard....

DD, if Mother Teresa's ghost were out there playing point, and went away from Martin like Brooks did last night, I would be giving her hell. It was inexplicable. Inexplicable! :p

One game, no chemistry Deckard, if it goes all year like that, then you have something.
