Parsons makes less than $1 million. Trading him does NOT open up space to sign Melo or Lebron. We can create $20 million of cap space without trading Parsons. (Can't believe I'm responding to this.)

parsons is the one who chooses the destination of the contract he signs. all morey can do is claim him on bird rights. basically has zero leverage in trading him, only can sell him the idea of a s&t.

Im talking him been included in a trade. A lot of teams would love to have Parsons. Can the Rockets sign him to a nice contract and then trade him as well.

See this is what im talking about. You come off as a jerk with these smart ash responses. You also act as if you know everything.

Is that rule of signing a new contract/player still in effect? Where they cannot be traded until a certain time period?

J.R. if we pull off Love without Parsons, I will be the happiest fan. I will buy a Daryl Morey painting and frame it.

Other than Harden, which isn't happening, I can't for the life of me envision a deal without Parsons that could net us Love.

You have to go through not just our potential offer, but other teams as well. Trust me....we have a competitive offer.
