I think he is still a good defensive player. Let's face it, Kobe and Batum can go off on anyone. When you look at what Parsons does on offensive end, and on the boards, and then has to defend the other teams best scorer, he does pretty well.

That's fair I guess. Might also be a result of him being the default second option on the team because of Lin's D League shooting.

Parsons is our second best perimeter player behind Harden....he's going to demand 8 mil + per year once he gets off of his rookie contract...i hope we keep him...Parsons, harden and Asik is a good cornerstone to build off..

NO noticed after the first Portland game his defense has been average at best.
First game I noticed he was getting worse was against Memphis , R.Gay had 4 , 12-15 feet uncontested shots on Parsons , But Gay bricked the shots

Parsons' 3P% is at ~35%, which is around league average. Frankly, I'm always a bit surprised when he shoots well behind the line since his shot has so little arc.

This makes me wonder -- are there many examples of players who have flat shots that are able to hit their treys in the high 30s percentile? If not, I think his form may ultimately limit the development of his 3P efficiency, and his ability in the long term to help space the floor for the starting lineup.

The guy really believes in himself, and plays his hardest. Team player all around. Cant really complain on him much.

Parsons is garbage. If he improved his jump shot he may be a quality player but until he does he's garbage.
