Parsons or Paul George? lol, Cluthfans comedy gold. Parsons is way overrated here. He is unclutched, cannot carry a team, cannot create his own shot, and doesn't play defense. And he is viewed in the same level as Paul George. WOW. Just wow.

Offensively it is up for grabs, it is not as definite as you claim it to be.
    Defensively, not even close.

This may be the most delusional thread i've seen in CF history. Absolutely, disgraceful. Paul George is already an all-star and all-nba defensive player AT 23. Not to mention, the insane athleticism. He will be the best Small Forward in the NBA at some point in his career, and if he isn't, he will be pretty damn close. He's the youngest out of the best SF's in the game today (Lebron, Durant, Melo). Parsons is great and I love the guy, and wish him all the successes in the world. However, it's not even reasonable to consider the two as being equals (or in some people's opinions, Parsons being better than PG)

All this is true for PG too. He can't carry a team, the Pacers carry him, he is average in the clutch and cannot create his own shot.

CP25 is better at everything offensively.

    George is beyond overrated tbh.

I'd take George for sure because of his defense and age/potential.

The only thing Parsons is better than George on offense is shooting percentage. But think about this:

George is the first option of his team. Parsons is the third option at best.
Parsons has Harden and Howard to take the defensive attention away from him. George has West and Stephenson.

Think how Parsons would look if he was the first option on the Pacers. Then think how much more efficient George would be if he didn't have to shoulder a team's offense.

Don't get suckered by SamFisher's trolling. He's comparing the best player on the team with the best record to the third or fourth best player on a team with the 5th best record. George is much closer to Harden than Parsons.

There is more to offense than shooting/scoring (which Parsons is better at in terms of shooting and overall efficiency). George is a top option but probably one of the worst top options in the league.

Parsons is a better ball handler, a MUCH BETTER passer, moves better without the ball.

George is young/improving and MILES AHEAD defensively but offensively, gimme Chandler.

Clearly George is better, but offensively, they really are about the same. You're expecting a much larger dropoff that would be expected by discounting how much production and defensive focus they get out of their other players, especially if we had their run of non injuries (Lance has missed 2 games, Hill 5, we've had James miss 8, Bev 18, Parsons 6, Jones 2).

On the team front, we haven't lost a home game to a single team from their conference and the only one left is Philly... We'd have the best record in the nba right now if we were in their conference.

You'd have to take a baseball bat to his knee. In this league, OJ Mayo can get 8 mil.

Are people really debated Chandler Parsons over Paul George????

If Larry Legend offered Paul George straight up for CP25, Morey would yell yes yes yes!!!!! and make sure the deal happened faster than you could blink

LOL. I not only THOUGHT Galileo was wrong. I KNOW he was wrong in believing that the sun was the center of the universe.
