What do mean "MIGHT"? As a parent I am absolutely mortified that someone could recklessly and without thought not only place their own children in extreme danger, but also the child of a friend in danger as well. I can't begin to think what would have happened if the car had been involved in an accident. Even a little rear-ender could have caused serious injury to the kids. Even if I wasn't a parent, I would probably feel the same way if I had heard about this. Stupid people pi$$ me off!
