No, Yao Wink. You must not have been paying attention. Charla said to Dave on the show tonight, as though it would help him to understand, "Think what it could do for my career..." This wasn't about helping her family or whatever. I was thinking, while watching, well, if I was in that situation and had the opportunity to give someone I met on the show the money or help a family member or friend or whatever, I'd probably have a hard time deciding. But the Charla/Dave thing was obvious. Dave pretty much single handedly paved the way for the other three and took the hits to make it happen and he's the only one that didn't get paid. It was bull****. When they came up with that last twist I though, how cool. All this originals vs. new alliance stuff and who's righteous and who isn't is gonna get put to rest. I thought, now the four of them can all get paid. Charla was always kind of a b**** though. I always forgave it cause she's obviously dumb, but she's not that dumb. More than she's dumb, she's kind of a b****. I don't feel too sorry for Dave, cause he was an idiot to ride with her. Same time though, all those guys owe their victory to him. He did it all. But he let his stupid crush (and it WAS stupid - he never got the first sign it would go anywhere) **** him. After all that time, thinking smart Dave was taking care of dumb Charla, Dave was the dumbest of all. He gave half a million dollars to three people who couldn't care less about him cause he had a crush on a girl that flat out admitted she was repulsed by him.
Dave is living proof nice guys finish last.....Charla I hope you slip on your pile of money and break a leg. She is still hot though Dave got screwed! Toni is at fault that "it" from hell!
The ending almost made me sick. Even worse was the she-male may have influenced Charla's decision. I would not be going to Vegas if I were Dave. Let Charla think about what she's done.
Yep, I think we all agree Charla screwed Dave over. She played him basically. Charla's a b**** for keeping that money when she would not have even been there if it weren't for Dave. Also, you know Dave would have given her half the money because he was loyal to her the entire show. Charla should have been happy with getting anything and just taking the $125K. She even said Dave should get half because she would have never been there at the end. Then, that stupid ho comes in running her mouth about how Dave shouldn't get anything. Even without that little talk...I bet Charla still kept that money. All that baloney about Charla wanting Dave to be her friend. If I were Dave, then I would have said "uh...no way will I be your friend if you don't give me the money. I was completely loyal to you the whole show and this is what I get...a speech about how you hope were still friends even though I keep the money. **** *** you biyatch." Dave is such a damn pushover in love that he had to act like the gentleman. I think what it comes down to is Dave is not going to have any money for that oral surgery he needs to correct his teeth because Charla wants a fancier house and to splurge. She is a greedy, self-centered b****. I'm glad she spent half the show being blasted by the others and crying a river in the bathroom. She deserved every bit of it. Keith was the best person on that show.
In the end Charla was worse than Dave, wow. I know Dave had a thing for her, but now he should realize what she really is. "I don't like him touching my bare skin" ??? Dave should have dropped her right after that.
Charla used Dave like a typical high school girl. Dave let his crush get in the way of playing the game. However, the two speeches by Charla and Kieth were EXACTLY what should have been said. Dave should have been more low key and told everyone how, if he played the game again, he would have played it differently. He should have been a bit more gracious, and should never have told Holly..."I am still here", that was rude. By the way, I HATE TONI !!!!! DD
They should have made the winners give one of the ousted persons half the money with no option to keep it. That would have been more interesting in my opinion. At first, I was thinking the winners wouldn't get anything and the losers would get something. The losers were all on this righteousness campaign about how they were supposedly all truthful and were not conspiring behind closed doors like the winners were. So, I thought they would throw in a twist that the winners were actually the losers because they basically cheated their way to the top. Was it the man-beast that said "This sucks" when the losers were asked if they had anything to say? Go take some more steroids or something you it-thing. "It" didn't seem to have much brain power or beauty.
Congrats to Keith and Tara. I would like to have seen them take all the cash, but I guess Charla will have to do. I'm not sold on Charla or Dave, but I thought Charla should've split the money, hands down. Dave did all the dirty work and walked away with nothing to show for it. I'm happy the show is over in a way because I got so involved. 4 months of shows, two days a week for an hour, and a lot of drama. Can't wait for next year.
Agree with pretty much everything written here. My points: Dave should've started arguing with Charla as soon as she opened her mouth about keeping everything. Not the time to hold your tongue, Davy. Secondly; EVERYONE came back on that show after they were booted saying what a back-stabber Dave was, and how badly he was coming off on the show...... WHAT THE FU$# WERE THEY WATCHING?!? I'm guessing they were doing it just to screw with their alliance because they knew the originals were already screwed. That said, I expect that Toni and whoever went into Charla's room, knowing they could get Dave one last time. I hope that they all go home and get what they deserve. Keith and Dave were the only deserving ones on that show. Worst back-stabbing show ever made.
I know adding twists in "reality shows" makes them more intersting, but did it seem like this show just kind of threw stuff together as it went and didn't really have a plan. I just have this feeling that the producers didn't have any idea what they were going to do until they did it. And the big secret prize was cash. Why not just tell everybody they were playing for cash. It kind of feels like they were actually playing for something else, but it fell through in the end, so they just threw $500,000 at them.
When I first started watching, I had no idea what they were playing for. I thought they were playing for sex, hooking up with as many different opposite sex people as possible, and/or looking for a life partner. The way Dave was playing seemed almost like he was looking to marry Charla and have kids .
