Parsons has always been able to create for others with his ball handling, length, and court vision.

Hopefully Kostas doesn't have the kind of issues that our last Greek player (and Kostas teammate for both club and country) Spanoulis had: Struggling to adjust to NBA game and complaining over minutes. He's had plenty of success in Europe and will likely be giving up some $ to come to the NBA, so I wonder if he'd react badly if he doesn't get minutes right away.

The last thing we need to do is for Papanikolaou to turn into a cancer.

I don't really care if his scouting report sounds like Parsons or not. That means nothing. Parsons worked his butt off to be a very good offensive player. I have zero expectation that Papasnickels can replace Chandler Parsons.

All I hope for this kid is that he can be a good backup 3. Play 15-20 minutes a night, shoot between 36 and 40 on the 3 and give solid defense. If he ever becomes something more than that then it's a bonus.

3 and D for 15 mins a night, will be good enough. He seems to be an intelligent player.

I'm always skeptical about these outta nowhere guys Morey brings in. I'd like to see solid NBA veterans that know how to play the game. Caron Butler, D.J. Augustine, Zach Randolph etc..These are the mold of players I'd like to see us go after. None of these foreign guys can guard LMA (shrugs)

Is he a good defensive player?

I see people throw the 3 and D tag out there way too often.

He is a hard worker on defense. Let's hope he can adjust relatively quickly to the NBA game.

Yep, and his 3pt shooting isn't all that impressive either, and people are claiming "he can shoot lights out"... LOL

Looks like Moreys plan is to restock the assets cabinet by letting young guys like Pap, Cannan, Daniels, Johnson, and Capela play and hopefully one or two show enough to be bundled together with Jones/DMo for that third star come the deadline.

Hopefully the run and gun gimmick offense will go away and this team will focus on defense and ball movement.

I must be missing something here.. he averaged like 7 ppg over there.. I would be surprised if he is in the rotation this season.

Morey is good at finding gems.

I'm pretty sure someone will step up. If not this guy then someone else will. I'm pretty confident about that.

Let's hope he works out better for the Rockets than V-Span did

He is a streaky shooter. That is to be expected, I hope he will be able to overcome that on defense. It's going to take time, but I am hopeful that he will do a good job.
