I like his enthusiasm but he needs to understand that he won't instantly receive a ton of playing time if/when he gets to the NBA. Like with Dmo it can take some time. Sounds like he wants to start, but that's not how this works. That's not how any of this works.

There are conversions for Euroleague to NBA stats, and Euroleaguers points generally drop by about 30% or so when they get to the NBA.

So if he averages 7 points in 25 minutes in Euro ball, he'll average 4 to 5 in 25 minutes in the NBA. That's terrible.

Everything else goes down by similar percentages except for assists, which go up in the NBA because the NBA stat keepers aren't as stingy with recording assists.
