Not particularly. It was a dumb thing to say in light of Palin entering the race and using the phrase, but it's a phrase that both he and McCain have used many times before. And in the context it was said, it was clear what he was referring to. Palin's context was clearly to take a (mis)quote out of context to suggest that Albright said people should vote for her.
