If everyone wants to get together to make a presentation of their ideas at a joint meeting, that is fine, but this exercise should not be expected to amount to much. Everyone has been presenting their ideas for a long time. All of this information is known and in the public record. The problem is not that the ideas are not known, but that the Democrats have been focused on ramming through an agenda that the American people do not want. There is room for compromise, but it is centered around a substantially scaled down program that is truly focused first and foremost on reducing costs, for consumers, for state governments and for the federal government. And you are not going to be able to assume that these costs will just be taken out of the health care insurers and providers profits without being passed on to consumers. It just does not work that way. By all means, let's have this dog and pony show, as long as it is not formatted in a way that favors Democrats, at the expense of Republicans. I think this exercise will probably be a waste of time, and that this is just a politically driven stunt by Barack Obama. The real work on this issue must be done in Congress, as the Constitution requires.
Either that, or it is time for you to stop having temper tantrums and calling names whenever you encounter a perspective that contradicts your own.

Reading from teleprompters is one thing, from the hand...that's SAVED BY THE BELL stuff. Inexcusable for a grown up, at least try writing at the bottom of the shoes.

She can't be that stupid. How many people have ever become as rich and famous as she has in a year while having very few if any tangible accomplishments? Think what you want about her politically but she has made herself significantly better off doing what she is doing.
