I'm sure on some level that's exactly what did it. Having to even prepare for the possibility of answering that question, which I actually don't think any respectable journalist would ask, probably has too many moral and social implications for a class-aspirational white woman to bear. Whereas if she were to tough it out and admit, embrace or god willing even give an account of the affair, I'd actually register and vote for her yesterday.
The excuse itself is baffling but not the reason for giving it. She can't come right out and say she is just out there for money and fame and doesn't really want to be held accountable.
I doubt the Glen Rice situation played much of a role other than timing. I am convinced Sarah Palin had no serious aspirations for office.
I agree with the Huntsman... That about sums it up... the Grifter from Wasilla. Please let this be the last thread on Sarah Palin.
breaking my rule of not posting on an irrelevant "politician", i'm happy that one thing came out of jobs's death, no one talking about this "politician" martin bashir on msnbc did an awesome commentary on who represented the true american exceptionalism
I knew this as soon as she quit being governor and watched her on fox. Every other word was "buy my book". There are GOP candidates that you know believe you their own cause, whether you agree or not, such as Romney or Ron Paul. Palin is just in it for the money. What surprises me is that there are so many people falling for it.
