awesome. give some more money there so when you write a rec letter for my son one day it will carry more weight.
Well, there won't be much left. We're selling the house to support Sarah PAC. But if I ever meet your son, I'd be happy to write a letter for him someday. Right now? ... "I know that this young man believes his interweb-posting father to actually be spiderman, and I am also made to understand he loves trains. This strikes me as an ideal background for your school of engineering."
that sounds perfect!!!! and i was kidding..i don't expect you to write a letter for someone you've never met. it's the 4 year old who thinks i'm spiderman. my older son is 8.
pretend i'm saying this where no one else can hear so i don't sound like "that guy" talking about his son. but my 8 year old (will be 9 this month) is ridiculously smart. like, "how the hell did i have anything to do with that; my wife must be cheating with a nuclear physicist" kind of smart. like his teacher calls you to say she suggests you start working with him on square roots and other things in the 2nd grade because she's not challenging him at school in math smart. and he says he wants to go to rice or texas. come on scholarship!!!!!!!! i have no idea what to expect from the younger one, but i'm betting rock star. they're kinda different from one another!
