Good for you. Personally for me I've been buoyed by the stock market that even with my architecture practice slow I'm not taking a hit to my standard of living. That doesn't mean that the economy including construction is sound.
I don't do construction for nursing homes but we do monthly accounts and there are 3 new accounts of new Nursing homes starting by December 1st. Also we are going to be starting doing elderly community apts in Dallas/New Braunfels and Pearland by the first of the year.
