Stone will not make a player trade because then the clock starts to tick. He loves trading for picks because it gives him a longer leash and it’s harder to evaluate the unknown. “we like the team that we have” “We wanted to give these guys an opportunity in the playoffs” like Buddy, this team is the most obvious 5 game series first round loss I’ve ever seen. It’s weird cause the flaws are so apparent that you can make a relatively small trade like for Robert Williams or Brogdon and it would greatly improve the team.
I recently watched an episode of dark side of the ring where Haku watched it for the first time. He was almost in tears laughing at it. Apparently they did not gimmick the drywall and he went all in making sure he came through it like the kool aid man with a brick wall.
