Anyone see manny pacquiao destroy morales last night? 3rd round KO. Im not much of a boxing fan, but that dude makes boxing entertaining as hell. He's quick as anything, and now he can throw that right hand. He also practically now owns the philippines from what I understand. Hopefully he can get a fight with Barrera
Yea it was their third. I saw the fight, it was a great fight, but seemed too easy for Paquaio. The first KO was beautiful, but the 2nd/3rd were like too easy. Morales was just a moron for going all out in the second round and it cost him. I am just wondering, whos next for Paquaio, they mentioned he has defeated the top 3 mexican wrestlers in his division.
that Larry Merchant dude mentioned that everyone wants him to fight Barrera next, but there are some issues between the respective promoters (Golden Boy and Top Rank). Its a shame. I've only seen Pacquiao in these last 2 fights against Morales. The one in January was awesome. This last one was more of a squash. Would love to see more of him.
Pacquiao is the best fighter of this generation! I am not too upset that he won't be fighting Barrera next. I doubt Barrera will try to war with Pacquiao, since he won't even do that against Rocky Jaurez. Barrera will probably try to dance and box again. Besides, Pacquiao already KO Barrera in their first fight, and it really wasn't close. Pacquiao has got even better since, the same can not be say about Barrera. On other hand, I would love to see Pacquiao rematch with Juan Manuel Marquez. Unfortunately, that probably wont' happen either because of the promotion problem.
larry merchant is a joke, but he's right.... barrera would be an awesome fight for manny. good fight last night, reinforces why i like lighter weight fights more than heavy weights.... speed, and you still get a KO
See, this is what I like. POWERFUL, FAST fighters... knocking down and knocking OUT their opponent. I like PacqMan. I saw the fight as well. Held a party at the house. I was going for Manny way before the fight started. I saw the previous two fights live and relived them on HBO throughout the morning. Both fighters giving their ALL, but Manny much faster than El Terrible. Too much for Morales to receive... didn't want to get up in the end of the third roung. Smart move. Would have gotten killed. Working on them right now.
