You got what you wanted and the Heat didn't continue to shoot 34% and go 1-16 from 3.

HOW'S THE SWEEP WORKING OUT FOR YOU?

Oh, how about the "LOL, guaranteed, Heat in 5"

I have never guaranteed a Pacers win, though I did pick Pacers in 6.

Bosh? He would not start on the Pacers, over Hibbert and West. Not enough toughness.

You're crazy if you think Bosh wouldn't start over West...it's not even close.

No kidding! It's funny how last year I would always make fun of Bosh, but now I find myself liking him more than anyone else on the Heat. At least he just plays the game rather than being Mr. Celebrity like the other 2 'tards on that team!

The Heat should have went after Camby hard.

If it were a pickup game you are right. But West fits better with the Pacers scheme than a mid-range jumpshooter like Bosh.

David West is extremely underrated, and his contributions extend far beyond the box score. Maybe he has the "intangibles" previously ascribed by many to Battier years ago. His influence on the game is hard to quantify. His lunchpail, no-nonsense approach, his toughness, his court intelligence, his leadership, his passing, his ability to calm his too young/inconsistent teammates... all of this cannot be overstated. He leads this team.

Lineup: Spoelstra's definitely grasping at straws, not only has he lost Bosh, but Haslem has completely gone to ****. 31% shooting in the postseason, and getting owned on defense. Anthony and Turiaf are out to prove they should never get more than 20 mpg....combined. Can't blame him - he's got to try anything.

Wade: definitely goes back. Wades never given more than a limp "he's our coach, so that's the guy we have to work with" about him. It's clear that they feel that top 5 players don't need to hear what a non-player coach has to say. They want him to shut up and just ride their coattails.

Series: it's still early to call it. If Miami knots it at 2, the pressure falls right back on the Pacers.

SOOO why do the Heat get an extra day off and SAS/LAC, LAL/OKC have to play back to backs?

You've just lost all credibility in this thread and are a big time homer.

Heat will win the series, like I've said all along. So what, they lost focus and lost 2 games. Not a big deal. Heat win Game 4, then go back to Miami and easily win game 5 at home. Pacers could possibly win game 6 when the Heat relax again, then the Heat close them out in 7. You've completely jinxed the pacers, pacertom.

NBA basketball is not a pickup game. You cannot seem to grasp that uncomplicated concept.

Game 5 will be a battle, closer than last night.
I expect that the team that wins is the one with

Players who love to play the game and that work hard
Players who were overlooked by others, for some reason
    Players with physical toughness
    & mental toughness
    & a lunchpail attitude
    & that deal with adversity
    & that don’t make excuses
& that are not prima donnas
& that have confidence but don’t beat you over the head with it

    The team with
    A well-built roster
    A deep team
    A team with solid leadership
A team with good players in place of a couple of superstars
Great coaching with respect to preparation
Great coaching with respect to in-game adjustments
Coach that demands respect from the players and hold them accountable

I wonder which team fits all that best?
