Yeah thats why its rumored numerous teams are interested in him. If he was a dime a dozen no one would really care if they got him. Fact is he was very impressive as a rookie and showed a lot of potential. At the least he is someone who can rebound and score of the bench consistently. Its not easy to find those.
He has never lived in Indianapolis. His hometown is Milwaukee and said last year when we played them that the hardest part has been being far away from his family back in Wisconsin. I told my Bulls fan friend after the breakout game at Indiana that I think Milwaukee will make a big play for him next year and if not them the Pacers or Bulls would be next in line.

Beyond that, you'd need to start making a bigger package to offset his value and bring back bigger value. If someone hits him with an offer sheet, the Rockets have 7 days to work the phones and find a trade - if they find one, sign him. If not, sign him - and then you have 30 days to work the phones and find a trade! Personally, I feel that, at this time, Landry's greatest value to the team will be in a trade to bring back a more significant peice! But I sure wouldn't be upset to keep him either.
