Weird, it's usually Wesley in the Kenpo video who annoys me. He's not in good shape at all and doesn't belong in the video. Plus, during the Lying Hamstring Stretch, Tony acts like it's impressive that he can bend forward all the way. Well, no ****, it's a super easy stretch that everyone can do. Calling him super flexible is just a slap in the face of reality. Dreya really annoyed me for awhile, but I must admit...she is one athletic chick. I like most of them. I enjoy seeing their faces each and every day, they're like the familiar hot people at the gym that you watch from the treadmill.
I started round 2 of the p90x/insanity hybrid program on Saturday. I had been going to the Gym the last 3 weeks, but its just easier to workout at home.
Week 2 starts today! Let's goo!! I can't really see much of a difference yet, but I can sure feel it.

Considering that's the only time she says anything in the entire video, it doesn't bother me. I just watch the videos with the cues and music only, no "chatter" between or during exercises. Much less annoying.
Saw these today, i dont think i've ever seen this before, at least not at this weight, just incase anyone is interested. $240 for a pair. Finals, how did you first 90 days go? Did you meet your goals? I stopped with 7 days left . I had to move and found that lifting furniture and doing P90X is a bad idea. Hopefully I will start again once I get situated.
I actually did 89 days. I was hungover bad on the last day and didn't do my workout. Still lost 21 lbs so I'm very happy with my results. I'm pretty sure I like P90X so much I'll just keep doing rounds over and over again. (but I heard P90X2 is coming out soon!) good luck with starting again!

I still do it, but I don't stick to the program 100% anymore. A typical week for me looks something like this: Day 1: 4-7 km run Day 2: Chest & Back (or Chest, Shoulders & Triceps) + 4.3 km run Day 3: 7-15 km run Day 4: Yoga-X or Yoga one-on-one with Tony Horton Day 5: 4-7 km run Day 6: Shoulders & Arms (or Back & Biceps) + 4.3 km run Day 7: 4-7 km run (or off) Every now and then I'll throw in a longer run (15-20 km) in place of the shorter distances on one of my "run-only" days. So really, I only do the resistance and yoga workout videos. If the weather is crappy, I might do Plyo or Kenpo instead of going for a run. I don't do Legs and Back at all anymore because I found the weird lunges were giving me knee issues. And I definitely don't do the X-Stretch anymore because it really messed up my hamstrings and put me on the shelf for about a month last year. I find that the resistance/yoga workouts combined with running to be a great combo. It's nice to get outside to work out once in a while.
We're close! I'm on Round 2, Month 3, Week 1. Doing shoulders and arms tonight for the first time in over a month. totally forgot about this thread but I am still doing and loving P90X. Going to do a 3rd round after this month is finished. lately I've been adding, sometimes replacing a few of the cardio days with a 30 minute run. I hate skipping plyo though. My favorite workout on earth.
I'm going to this gym tonight to check it out. I've done Crossfit for a while now, and my gym closed due to owner's personal reasons. This deal got sent out among a few of the old members.
