That Chicago team was insane. They had 3 espnu top 100 recruits in Parker, PG Billy Garrett Jr, SG Kendrick Nunn. Absolutley amazing team.

you need to pick right during the years you want to tank, with one bust or or one average player your rebuilding team gets longer. if you are tanking 3 years, but in the year 2 you picked a bust, that would be out the team in 3 years, then in year 3 you picked a player who is injured a lot? and then, in the year 4, you traded your pick, because you wanted a player that could help your great #1 pick, but it didnt work out? then by year 5, that great #1 pick you got at year 1, decides not to re-sign with your team, because the team doesnt have a future. so after 5 years, you are in square 1 again, and have to wait another 3 years.
