Outside of the Warriors, Have y'all seen any teams you'd fear in the playoffs in the West?

Way too many ex-rockets on that team. Ex-rockets always tear us up.

 

I don't think we fear any.

But we'd lose to many.

 

common, wait until we are the second seed in the conference and have a 30 and 7 record, then u can make this post, otherwise, this team is not evening making playoffs as it is right now, they need 2 two capable at least, they lost ariza and luc, got James Ennis back, that's it, they are missing at least a wing and a backup big, like tarik black last year

 

Teams with 3 starting players over 6'7" :
West: Clippers, Lakers,Mem,SA,NO ,OkC
East: Milwauke,76ers, Toronto

 

we would have swept them ..we always play nonchalant vs them because rs dont matter

 

a team with Harden and CP3 isn’t making the playoffs...

Guys, we have Gary Clark, we'll be fine.

 

The Clippers is the team to fear the easily. They have Beverley, Bradley, Trez and Luc as defensive minded players. All of them are physical & straight up dogs on defense. We are not a very physical team outside of PJ. They are gonna give us problems all year

 

The West right now is full of parity. We're 3.5 games back of 2nd seed and 3.5 games back of last place. The West can proudly say there are no bad teams except for maybe PHX. Gonna be a crazy year.

 

I just realized the SACRAMENTO KINGS have a better record than us. LOL

As of right now, everybody. Ask again in 3 months and that list will shrink, especially considering this roster will 100% change before the end of the season.

 

Aren’t the pacers an athletic team?

 

I think we would have problems with the Pelicans. Despite their recent slide, they have significant length over us. Clippers too - they got Dennis Rodman. San Antonio - Pop has the CLEAR edge on the refs over D'Antoni, Cp3, and Harden combined. Obviously, Toronto.

What if I told you a team with Harden and Cp3 would be #28 in the league in scoring ?! You'd probably tell me I was nucking futs …. but that's right where they are , 28th in scoring.

They've lost twice to the Clippers , lost to OKC minus WestBrick and been beaten like stepchildren by New Orleans , Utah and the Blazers.

Sacramento is a game and a half up on them in the standings …. WTF ?!



If any of you think removing Melo and doing nothing else is going to solve this teams problems , then IDK what to say.

Under .500 currently 12th in the West , yeah they could miss the playoffs.

 

Lol, u think that’s gonna continue the entire year? U think the Rockets are gonna be bottom 5 in shooting and guys like CP3 and Ego are gonna continue to shoot career worst percentages?

they’ve beaten Indy twice, and Denver at home...the defense has steadily been improving, and all we’re waiting for is the offense to catch up...the schedule is light after tonight...if u can’t see these things and want to talk about the Rockets missing the playoffs then there’s really not much for me to say because that’s ridiculous

Currently 12th in the West? So what? They’re currently 2.5 games from 3rd place Denver, the team they just beat handily on the road. Talking about the your place in the standings is irrelevant when we’re not even 20 games in.

They've only played 13 games. 13 GAMES! There is absolutely no reason to even look at the standings right now because I promise you, in a month or two, they will completely change.
