    From Prepstars:
Frank Burlison of FoxSports.com made it official this weekend with his report that Ousmane Cisse has been recovering from a torn ACL since January and that Don Jackson -- his guardian/agent -- attempted to hide it throughout the last half a year to preserve Cisse's draft stock. Is this surprising? No. Just really, really, really sad. And it's sad because the power player from Mali is a nice kid who found himself in a terrible situation in Montgomery. Cisse isn't ready
for the NBA and WANTED to go to school -- even before this injury -- but that was never going to happen with Jackson calling the shots. Jackson has been parading Cisse around like the AND1 poster child for some time now. The NBA apparently was always at the forefront of Jackson's plans. Ousmane's plans, unfortunately, evidently never mattered. Eric Chenowith on high school kids entering the NBA draft: "That's fine if that's what they want to do," the former
Jayhawk center told Gary Bedore of the Lawrence Journal-World. "There's no reason for them to go to college a year and screw up a coach's recruiting -- to be all about me, me, me. It's better they get it over with and go to the NBA now. I don't think those guys are ready. I'll tell you right
now: Tyson Chandler's not ready. I've worked out with him since he was in eighth grade, I
    know him. Maturity-wise -- everything -- he's not ready."
