Only Landry would be a lock to start for another team.

Lowry, if they were weak at PG and without someone with experience. There are teams out there like the Heat or others where he could start. But he wouldn't be any team's first option.

Budinger maybe if they are desperate but as a rookie, he'd still come off the bench until he proved capable of taking over starters minutes.

    Andersen, no.

    Taylor, no.

Harris, jury is still out but probably not.

We will be matched up against the top teams like the Lakers/Mavs, so yes we will still get bounced unless we trade Tmac for something useful.

Initiating a trade means that you are already giving up more than your partner. Now, for someone that has next to zero trade-value like Tracy, we'll be lucky to get a all-expenses paid vacation to a crappy swamp somewhere in Florida. He's not going anywhere, and if he does, we will not be getting anyone good in return.

That is debatable, there are enough teams dreaming about Lebron to make Tmac look attractive, 23 mil is a lot of money off the books and if the Rockets are willing to take back bad contracts i am sure the Rockets will get something back that will contribute more to what Tmac is contributing now.
