No it's not. If it's 16 million this year then it's the same next year.

But, how did our starters do compared to their starters.

Our bench didn't do very well, but Miami's bench played far more minutes. Miami's bench played something close to 97 minutes, while our bench only played about 57 minutes.

I like McHale quite a bit, but I don't understand not having one of Parsons, Harden, or Howard on the court at all times. Why put a bunch of weak offensive players on the court at the same time especially when Lin isn't playing well.

If our bench puts up 15 again, against the Heat or other championship caliber teams, I doubt we'll win the majority of the games.

IMHO, our bench is one sharp shooter away from complete. Asik, DMo and Lin should be killing all the other bench players in the league should they played up to their potential. Unfortunately, they all required the perimeter scoring to open up the lane for them to be effective. Lin's games in particular required a sharp 3 point shooter to bail him out of those so-called "boneheaded" passes.

I wouldn't mind to put Troy Daniels into the group to play with the bench "big three" for some minutes and see if my theory valid.

Actually Parsons was in the lineup when Miami went on its run, but I get what you're saying.

Don't know. But these guys played pretty well when they came in to finish the last 8-9 minutes of the game. Maybe this got Howard and Harden enough rest to last the game.

We'll need the bench next game, though.

Makes the win even better. Miami threw everything at us and we still won.

Be patient. Our bench play less minutes and we are less talented

Last year it was Harden against L.J& Wade ...or 36 against 60+ points

This time. It was Harden is not alone

I guess you think the Heat won:grin:

Starters outscored Miami 91-56. Miami better beef up their starting lineup?

Ebbs and flows of games can always create stuff like this. But Lin's lack of instant offense from the bench is definitely hurting our second unit.

If the Rockets starters out score the Heat or other championship caliber team, I doubt we lose a majority of the games.

Exactly every foreign guy outside of Asik needs to sit we need athletes that are athletic against certain teams.

Very few teams sit more than 3 of their starters at the same time. I don't know why we do that so often.

Off night for sure. Sometimes our bench is not pretty but, we won. Our bench seems to be rather streaky too.

The Heat bench has two players with multiple rings.
