    Yes, it does.

Who cares what Clinton did? It's a useless debate. He's not president.

The fact of the matter is that the man who organized the attacks on our country has not been caught, and there's little indication that anyone in power cares about that.

Who do you propose be held accountable for not capturing or killing Bin Laden since 9/11? Michael Moore?

It's a combination of many things, including Pakistan's willingness to let us in their in force to get him, as well as the cost-benefit tradeoff to sending in so many troops to a dangerous mountain/cave terrain to find a guy that's effectively been neutered by our military activities.

Look at it this way -- Bush was willing to send thousands of troops to go fight in Afghanistan to get bin Laden. Clinton wasn't even willing to accept Sudan's offer of bin Laden. So....who is at fault again?

wait so you'd rather spend a trillion dollars (it'll end up being that much if we stay there a couple years) on someone who was effectively neutered than go and spend a couple hundred mil on catching a guy who killed americans on american soil?

TJ seriously why do you hate america?

Where did he say anything like that?!

Obviously he was just pointing out the things that have been done in order to try and find Osama, since unlike in the past, he most likely won't be handed to us by another Country again. The troops were in Afghanistan searching the mountain side, all the caves they could find in hope they would find Osama. Obviously, this isn't going to be easy to get him now. Osama doesn't live in that big white mansion anymore, now he in some spider hole somewhere.......

I didn't ask how difficult it's been, I asked who should be held accountable for not finding or killing him since 9/11. Bin Laden is the most wanted man in US history and is the inspiration for a world wide wave of terrorism that killed tens of thousands and cost trillions of dollars since 9/11. The American people aren't interested in political rhetoric or excuses when it comes to Bin Laden. This is a cold blooded killer who plots every day to destroy America. We demand accountability.

    Sure, do you blame:

    1) The guy who has called to action the greatest military in the history of the world to pursue bin Laden

    or

    2) The coward who when offered bin Laden on a silver platter by Sudan, said 'no' because he didn't think he had a reason to hold him. I guess two embassy bombings, funding war lords in Mogadishu, and untold other crimes related to terror wasn't 'reason to hold him'. That type of inaction by Clinton emboldened al Qaeda to plan bigger things. Look what happened.

You want accountability? Sure about that?

Did you read and listen to the link that you keep telling everyone to refer to? Because I did and you are miss quoting it.

According to YOUR link the US had no proof that the Osama had committed any crimes against the United States. Which is what everyone has always said.

    So this is Wrong:
"guess two embassy bombings, funding war lords in Mogadishu, and untold other crimes related to terror wasn't 'reason to hold him'"

Was Clinton supposed to predict of the future? If so Bush has much more to answer for because there is some very damaging evidence about his inaction.

Like the CIA memo entitled “Bin Laden Determined to Strike in US.”
    On Aug. 6 2001

Sorry but you can't win this argument. The evidence doesn't not support you on this one.

Clinton said he "knew he wanted to commit crimes against America." I guess Clinton just wanted to wait and see what those would be. Whoops.

The bottom line is that if Clinton hadn't acted like a coward and accepted Sudan's offer, then we'd have two towers standing in lower Manhattan. Instead, he was too busy waffling over legal technicalities.

So who is accountable for not finding or killing Bin Laden since 9/11? Perhaps asking the question a third time will do the trick.

I thought that was when he hit a hospital that was said to be making chemical weapons or something. Can't really remember too much about it.
