I'm just not high on CD. And I really don't expect nothing great to happen this off season. Every year I get my hopes up high only to be disappointed with mediocre players every year. The rockets are approaching a decade in which they have not made it out of the first round. That story my friend has poor GM written all over it.

There was an interview with Dwight this year where he admitted he was measured barely 6'10' (as oppose to the 6'11' officially listed). He is still young and does have long arms though, but growing to 7'11' would be a bit of a stretch ;) :D

hmm....let's see...how about 8th for 11th and Arroyo? we will be solid at the PG position and either go for a PF or SG on the 11th and free agency

They got Arroyo there in Orlando specifically because of the Puerto Rican fans- heck that would be a sensible thing for both teams. But I really question Orlando's need to draft another Power Forward- maybe they want Carney!

Again our systems is not dependent on a Flashy PG who makes highlight reel passes- it is conservative, protect the ball, find the open man and hit the open shot. Sixty percent of our Offense will be through Yao and Tracy regardless!

Why would Orlando announce to the world who they are targeting and that they plan to move up in the draft is beyond me? or is that a speculation from the Orlando Sentinel, or it could be smoke screen.

No, Guillermo Diaz in the second with the extra pick we pick up in the trade. 48" one step vertical.

I think we need a three-way trade by involving Hawks:

    1. Rox use No. 8 (+2nd round) for No.11+ Arroyo

    2. Rox trade Arroyo (+ 1st round next year if necessary) for Childress

We get an excellent SG and Hawks get the PG they need ( this should be better than they taking Marcus Williams with No.5). They also can grab Roy with No.5 if they think they still need another swing man.

Right, this front line is not too shabby. :D

    C Yao
    PF Dwight Howard
    SF Tmac

We could have the West starting front line in the all-star games if Howard continues to improve. :D :D

Trade #8 for #11+ Nelson or #8+ JHo for #11+ Darko

IF the magic decided to make this trade, i really dont see the rockets needs of adding another pg and c, when we already have Yao and going after Mike James in the FA market.

I say we trade the magic our pick and we could throw in sura or rybo if they want and they give us their pick and maybe dooling beacuse then we can still get a ronnie brewer who is a pretty good shooting guard.
