[Orlando Sentinel] Rockets might be interested in Mobley this offseason

Getting Cat back would be such a great thing.

 

I remember that he said he would not come back after the way he was treated in the T-Mac trade. I doubt he'll change his mind now.

And to work for JVG again? No f****** way!! (OK. OK. This last part is from me...)

 

How about Sura and the TE for a resigned Mobley at 8 mil per? The Magic can start Nelson and Francis and Sura can back up both positions. We could swap Nachbar into this deal instaed of Sura if the Magic prefer. The Rocks can play Mobley, McGrady and Jackson at the 1-3 with Barret getting significant minutes at the one, Cat and TMac covering all the minutes at the 2, and Jimmy Jack, TMac and Snackbar holding down the 3. Taylors contract should become more and more moveable as time passes, maybe netting us a decent, Cato-quality PF. We just need to be creative and use the assets that we have, and have patience with a team that is not built to win now.

Houston has as much chance as any, especially if JV Gollum is gone.
