He is looking at San Antonio and oddly enough Northern areas of Chicago but he hasn’t decided for sure. He said if property values in San Francisco go down he will jump all over that and at the first hint of any large sized development in Oakland he will be all over that... told me he missed out on the areas outside of Orange County and is kicking himself.
