I am open to trading Luke Hagerty, #40 prospect in the game, G-A-G-A for a good veteran hitter. I can take on some salary but prefer it to be under 8 million. Looking for a guy with good in hits and at least good in homers and positions being sought include OF, 1B, SS, or C.

If he was about 3 years younger, it would be possible but 38 is too old for me Nomar.

I could possibly want to aquire Ellis Burks for sentimental reasons - if the price is right, meaning I won't be giving up Hagerty or anyone close to Hagerty either.

As for my veterans that were asked about, I may just go ahead and keep them this time around. However, the right offer of prospects could persuade me to move certain ones.

    SF3,

I'd prob involve williams, and possibly linden if it was garcia or pineiro.

I don't think I could get nelson or rhodes though

Manny, does Hidalgo do anything for you? E-mail me back and maybe we can come-up with something.

He is alright, Buck, but I want to see what my financial situation looks like after making those 3 previous trades.

So, after a couple of sims, I might be interested but I am not interested in making any other deals right now.

Following Cleveland Indians are available, some for not much.

    Karim Garcia.

    Travis Fryman.
    Shane Spencer.
    Ricky Gutierrez.
    Omar Vizquel.
    Wendell Magee.
    Chad Allen.

    Brian Anderson.
    Dave Burba.
    Jason Bere.
    Jose Mercedes.
    Mark Wohlers.
    A myriad of other relievers.

I like lower-mid to lower level prospects for most of these, and bullpen help.

I also have a few young arms that I could live without.

    Jeremy Guthrie springs to mind.

Young hitters I could spare include Ben Broussard.

I'd like to package them with some of my veterans to acquire upper- mid level prospects, or to stockpile bullpen arms.

Zac, whatever I could package him with to get a young pitcher. Arnold and League look pretty nice.

As of right now, none of my young prospects are going anywhere, unless you are willing to give up a good ML ready starter, like an Oswalt.

All of my veterans are available for young SP's and/or pitching prospects. That includes Rafael Palmeiro, Juan Gone, and Carl Everett, all have expiring contracts so they would be good for a short term title run.

To anyone looking to move a good veteran pitcher for a good prospect, the Giants are making Jerome Williams available for the taking.

    G-A-G-G is Jerome's rating btw.

DHR, I like Jeff Zimmerman or Urbina if either happened to be avail, or gonzalez/raffy if the prospects were ones I could part with.

Buck if you attached a solid hitting prospect or good pitching prospect to hidalgo, I might bite.

What would you want from Boston for Jimenez or El Guapo?

I'd like to move some pitching for a young hitting prospect.

Somebody I can bat at #3 in my lineup.

SPs Octavio Dotel, Michael Tejera, and Jeremy Guthrie are avail, as well as other that I have mentioned previously. Dotel is worth quite a bit to me however...
