Hmm. DHR, it looks like you're faced with a situation similar to the one Heath had last year. The players you want to cut are so bad, they refuse to show up on the page where I can cut them. It's a strange little bug since if I search for them under league setup, they show up as being Cardinals minor-leaguers, but they're not there on the transactions page. If they ever decide to stick their little noses out from wherever they're hiding, I'll be sure to cut them, but until then, that's why they aren't off your team.

Manny- If they don't show up anywhere except the ratings report for you, they don't show up anywhere except the ratings report for me and I can't cut them. Sorry.
your minors are on auto, apparently the computer thinks promoting the guys who need it would be detrimental to development as it would create a logjam at a position. for manny and everyone, if rather than "auto" minors you just want me to put your players at the level they're ready for, posting that is fine.
What might be even easier, while leaving your minors on Auto, would just be to look at the players at the position of the player you want to be promoted, and see if there might be a crappy player that will never see the majors holding back the promotion of your stud prospect. Then you can cut that crappy player and have your player automatically promoted. This is pretty easy to do with pitchers, there's almost always one that you can find to cut. You may just have to wait it out with position players though.
