Okay Boyster is gone now. But I still would like to move Jose Mieses. He still has great ratings just off to a slow start.

Heath - I would trade Mieses to you for Escalante straight up.

Manny, what else would I have to add to Valladeras (you still need an OF i assume) to get Jose?

I can give up Fortin.

At the moment I will not trade Escalante for a bigger contract as I just took on the monster contract of Carl Crawford.

Valladeras and Fortin sounds good to me for Mieses.

You can go ahead and post Valladeras and Fortin for Mieses, and I will confirm.

The Los Angeles Wakefields are expressing interest in acquiring a veteran starting pitcher. Simply an idea at the moment, and if anyone has an offer...

Maybe a prospect, maybe an mlb'er. The Wakefields front office is shrouded in mystery.

If anyone is looking for a decent hitting catcher, Michael Barrett is available.

Let Deve's idiocy play to your favor!!

Today in chat Deve asked if Eric Milton was available. I decided that since my season was not going as planned I'd make him available. As Deve is often want to do we determined what I thought was a bargain basement deal for Milton, his Number 9 prospect for Eric straight up. As Deve is also want to do he decides at the last minute he doesn't want Milton. I have decide to make Milton available to the masses he doesn't fit into my future plans and could make some one a decent enough 3 or 4 starter(at a fairly decent price). I want only one prospect for him and do not expect to get a top 3-4 prospect. If you are interested let me know.

I will no longer be trading with Deve because I am sick of him asking if someone is available(usually it is my best players). Then on the 1 in 3000 chanc ethat he asks about someone that is available, I make a fair offer to him then all of a sudden the doesn't want that player. I am tired of wasting my time with his sorry ass and you can tell him I said so because he is now on my MIRC ignore list permanently.

Hey DHR, I think I kind of like that elderly 2B prospect of yours, 'Cesco Rios or whatever his name is. Is he available, and if so, whatcha looking for?

Hey guys, I know you must be wondering who I am. Devastata advertised your SIM league on basketballforums.net and I decided to sign up. I thought you just had to post your lineup to sign up. I'm sorry I didn't ask you guys first.

Anyways I'm here to offer a trade to DHR.

You trade:

CF Melvin Rosa A
1B James Mcwhorter A
and MR Robert Mullett

You receive:

LF Max Costa
MR Marlon Mckinzie

If this isn't enough for those prospects (Rosa and Mcwhorter) reply back with an offer that you would accept for them. Thank you for your time.

Also, there does not seem to be a Houston GM but I would like to acquire 2B Paul Schwarz from their AA affiliate.

"Fair" is worse than "Average"; you know this, right?

M. Costa 24 LF Good Average Good D D C
M. Mckinzie 27 MR Good Good Average Good C

M. Rosa 19 CF Fair Good Brilliant C C B
J. Mcwhorter 23 1B Fair Fair Average E C C
R. Mullett 30 MR Fair Brilliant Average Brilliant D

I don't know - what do you think?

(You do know Good is better than Average then? :p )

Seeing as Costa and McKinzie is much better than what you ask back, my initial thought was. He is trying to get rid of contracts. Check - Not it, as the players you trade have minimum contracts AND you take on more as Mullett does have a contract.

What could it be then? Could it be that you don't like Costa's C defense at LF. Should not be a problem as you can use spring training to better his defense if it really is what is bothering you.

The 'damn what if Rosa got a talent development, he'd be a stud' reason is also shot down, as if Costa gets one he would be even studlier (or McKinzie for that matter).

An attempt to get younger? The players you trade are not old, so that should not be the answer either. And if you really want it against reason, there surely should be better trades out there than this one.

So what is it? Enlighten me.

Also we can't make offers to computer teams. We can only accept offers they make to us in our message section.

Zac, I need MR...you make the offer.

1B Wilfredo Aceves is now available, along with recently developed 3B prospect Johnathan Replogle. Looking to package both of them together for a good OF and MR help. Both need to be fairly young, especially the OF.

W. Aceves 30 1B Average Good Brilliant B E E
(Having a great season in first year as full time player)

J. Replogle 25 3B Good Good Brilliant D C B
(Currently in AAA, could be ready by next season)

Looking to make a deal before the deadline.

The Giants have plenty of pitching available.

Guys like Jesse Foppert, James Baker, Jose Jimenez, James Baker, Bernard Pedraza, etc could be had for nice position player prospects.

What would it take for your nice young 3b DHR?
