Well, I see that but there are several other issues (although it seemed like it got fixed near the end of the sim):

    1) Mark Mulder started the first game of the season and pitched a shutout which was great. What was not so great is that he is my #3 starter and it should have been Mark Prior that pitched on 3/31/06. Then after Freddy Garcia starts the next game, Mulder pitches the very next f*cking day! I have heard of pitching on 3 days rest, but on one!! That should have not happened.

    2) John Rheinecker has stats in AAA. It was only 1 game that he pitched but I had asked specifically for him to be with the big league club at the beginning. To date, he has still not pitched yet in the majors this season.

    3) I also asked for Nic Jackson and Robert Crosby to be on the major league club and that did not get done. I also wanted Fickes to be in A where he belongs and Palmeiro in AAA but they were both left on the major league roster.

    4) The rotation at the beginning of the season was supposed to be like this: Prior, Garcia, Mulder, Clement, Rheinecker

Here is how it actually occurred:
    Game 1 - Mulder
    Game 2 - Garcia
Game 3 - Mulder (on one day's rest)
Game 4 - Prior (should have pitched on opening day)
    Game 5 - Garcia
Game 6 - "Iron Man" Mulder
Game 7 - Clement (with his 1st start of the season!! )
Game 8 - Prior (still no start from the #5 starter)
    Game 9 - Garcia
    Game 10 - Mulder
Game 11 - Clement (got hurt in this start)
Game 12 - Prior (still no start from the #5 starter)
    Game 13 - Garcia
    Game 14 - Mulder

I'm sorry if it seems like I am dumping on you, but I wish that you would look into why Mark Mulder started on opening day instead of Prior, why did Mulder pitch on one day's rest, and why was it until Game #7 that Matt Clement make his first start??

I don't think that this first sim is going to make or break my season, but I want to make damn sure that I don't have any other screwy things happen like guys pitching on one day's rest.

Once again, I don't mean to sound like an ass, but I wanted to point out that some weird things happened in that first sim.

I guess it was all down to miscommunication. I just posted lineups the way I used to do them with Castor, so that is all ok. But you still had not done everything if you take into Stokes into the equation.

And just for the record. I was never mad. :)

But man, the crack was good anyway. :p

No Edit: Stokes & Bullpen - No wonder I thought you hadn't skipped it.

Manny, I don't know. I put in a 5 man rotation, as you obviously saw in the teampage. For some reason Mulder replaced Prior on Day 1. Maybe Mark and Mark switched jersey's on Baker? :)

Well, it was a fluke thing. Another strange thing...I looked at the transactions page, and Rheinecker got called up on 4-1, so his only start in AAA had to be on 3-31.

I am just hoping for no more long injuries and some good offers for Prior.

As for the Mulder thing, I thought that the game would tell you if a guy is tired. Doesn't it do that and suggest alternatives? It blows my mind that it would go ahead and start Mulder on one day's rest, but I remember Rule saying that the computer manager makes terrible game decisions.

I don't even want to try to dissect the computer's logic, so I don't know. I'm just glad Mulder didn't get hurt, I'd catch all kinds of hell for that ;)

    PLease delete all emails.
Also hit auto on the depth chart pages and then hit auto on the lineup pages. I have no one playing at several positions and if you auto it it will fill those.
