    Well it's a boring offseason :D
Ron has to be my choice, not necessarily because we made it to the 2nd round (it wasn't only his merit) but because he did bring every night his "heart" on the court.

Scottie Pippen was a disgrace as a Rocket, and I'm surprised you guys are giving him a pass.

In my honest opinion if Tmac stayed healthy, I doubt Artest would've been here past the trade deadline

He was another Scottie Pippen waiting to happen.

Deteriorated athleticism/defense, somewhat limited offensively, not as skilled as shooting/dribbling the ball as people thought.

Artest fit in by default. With Tmac out for the season, the Rockets knew we couldn't afford to lose his scoring production.

except for the fact that he was pretty good for us 3 out of the 5 yrs. ppl have short term memory, so just because he sucked so badly this season, it somehow takes away all that he's done the past yrs. Sure, the 04-05 t-mac was really really great, but his other yrs weren't so bad either. I mean the guy was ALL NBA 3 out of the 5 yrs that he was here. I mean he was the a top 3 player at his position, mvp candidate all those yrs, and the only time he didn't make it was when his season was totally destroyed by injuries: 05-06, and 08-09.

Yes, there are someone people who believe that Scotty did no wrong in Houston.

It's true. check out my other post. I just wanted to see what part of the clutchfans population that is.

Lucifer has his 33 Bulls jersey on and he's welcoming these guys with open arms.

I respect you- but do not understand this comparison.......Pippen forcing a discounted trade cost this franchise dearly. We had to do a firesale and take back little talent for him. The consequential damages of signing Pippen lasted for at least 2 or 3 seasons afterward-and hamstrung - limited this franchise ability to trade and better the team. Many mistakes after this time like signing Cato to a 42 mil contract could partly be attributed to this .......
