We should sign the Bull so he can officially retire as a Rocket. Barring that, this is a good oportunity to bring in some rebounding help. I think everyone's favorite toothpick masticating hoss is available, so get to it CD. Time to bring some barnyard back to the Rockets.

I started a thread asking about Pig Miller's status before I read this thread. Sorry about the waste of cyberspace.

    Bring on the Pig...

Translation: We should sign Matt Bullard for nostalgic reasons. If that is not possible, we should sign Pig Miller.

Bull was waived because he can't play. His back ended his career. He wasn't even living in New Orleans and was never really with the team this year.

Why don't we just sign Hakeem too so they can keep each other company on the bench?

I don't think anybody is suggesting that Air Bull play. A 10-day contract (because vet's get $1M minimum per year) would do. At the end of those 10 days, Air Bull could retire as a Rocket. I think that's the point. Hakeem is not in a similar position because he is still a member of the Raptors.

Also, forget this Pig Miller lunacy. Jason Collier is 10 times better whether you are looking at defense or offense. Pig wa a nice 12th man player when we had NOBODY else. Not now.

Anybody who shoots down the idea of resigning the Bull I will personally hunt down and beat to a pulp.

Thumbs get real, Collier ten times better than anyone besides Moochie is absurd. Not saying Pig would be an answer, but he would come to play every night and could back up the four and five.

Pig Miller is a very small part of Rockers history. Let him rest!
