Lets fantasy book a one on one tourney with the following 4 legends (with the assumption that all are at the peak of their powers)

    Curry - Jordan - Kobe - Hakeem

    First round matchups

    Curry vs Hakeem

    Kobe vs Jordan

Who you got going to the Finals, and why/how would they win a one on one against the other.

First off, you gotta to pick the positions better. 3 guards and 1 center?

One on ones are pointless, but Kobe was probably a better 1 on 1 player than Jordan ( I think even Jordan hinted at that in an interview). As players of the game, its not even close Jordan is on many levels above him, but in a pure 1 on 1 matchup I I wouldn't be surprised if Kobe came out 6-4 in 10 round matchup.

If the scorer is getting the ball back Hakeem is clowning these guys in the post and not looking back.

Diversity my man. And because we gotta get a Rocket in there.

Scorer gets the ball back. Only way to properly play 1-1

So how does scoring work? Everything counts as 1 point? or we playing 2pt and 3pt? Because if everything counts as 1 point...Curry might as well go home.

    Everything counts as 1.

Curry's jump shot is like a layup though bear in mind

Barkley can beat Curry at one-and-one.

And anyone who has to ask what the rules are should just take a seat over there --->

True. But all it takes is one miss. I don't think he can stop any of those guys if they decide to take in inside against him. Especially Hakeem.

If everything is 1 pt, probably Hakeem or Kobe.

Big man always win one on one unless his skill level is way below the small guys. How can a guard defend Hakeem one on one?

IF Hakeem gets ball first, game over.

I'm sure Dream could just score at will on Curry's head, possession after possession without a problem, really...and he could just leave Curry shooting open 3s until he bricks one ;)

    same with Kobe...maybe

I'd be more interested in an all guard one-on-one-on-one-on-one.

    Iverson
    Francis
    Starbury
    Kyrie
    Curry
    Alston
    Lin
    Stockton

Crossovers for everyooonnnee!!! Added Stockton just because I want to see him get demolished by errbody else.

For the poll, Hakeem will dance around everyone.

Unless the dream gets the ball stolen, how can he be stopped in the post by the guards? Is this a full court one on one or half court? I would have to say dream wins this easily.

What are you talking about? He'll get the ball back after each time he scores and he can just back these smaller guys down all the way from the 3pt line.

The real matchup in the first round is Kobe vs Jordan. Curry defense is lacklustre when you compare to the others. People also fail to realise that hakeem's footwork was so good that he could switch and guard the guards as mentioned by Kenny Smith.
