Man Ive been helping my bro and his wife raise their children since they were born, they are 2 right now and if they moved it would be hard on me, can't Imagine if it was my own kid. Hang in there man.
There is no way I'd let a woman take my child away from me. You have just as much right to see and raise that child as the woman does. She is pulling the bad move by just assuming she can up and leave with your kid. To be able to do that, she should either need a court order or your consent. Is there an order of visitation? Is she violating that order by moving? Is she giving you compensation for the added cost/time it will take to see your kid?
