You're joking (I hope) but baby wipes/flushable wipes completely changed my bathroom experience. Highly recommended.

Yeah, these people are probably walking question marks with all the damage they've done to their joints and spines.

A grown man paying no more than $60 for a pair of shoes? Buy a $200 pair of Allen Edmonds or whatever, take decent care of them, and they'll last a decade.

About the only things I will pay premium for are beer, eye glasses, and shoes.

As someone who just got screwed over on a haircut yesterday at Great Clips I disagree. I told her to take "just a little bit off the top" and she cut about 2/3 of the length off starting with the front bangs. By the time I realized it how short it was it was too late. I am going to a wedding this weekend and my head looks ridiculous. I need to find a legitimate barber shop. Every time I look in the mirror I get pissed off.

I refuse to pay the premium on just about anything....there's almost always something just as good for cheaper. Or at least a coupon/deal out there to cut the cost of the premium item.

Heck, at least use a 2% rewards credit card to cut that $5 expresso to $4.90!

My former roommate would not pay a premium for condoms. He bought them all at the dollar store.

I generally buy used books and clothes rather than new. The Goodwill in River Oaks generally has unread hardcover books for $2. I don't buy used pants for whatever reason. Mostly button up shirts and ties. New ties are ridiculously priced.

Bicycle: I bought a middle of the line bike so I wouldn't have to worry about locking it up in public.

TV: I refuse to pay for cable. I can access basically any program I want to watch. I use ballstreams for NBA games.

Totally thought this was going somewhere else but glad it ended up with books and clothes.

He was the "won't wear a condom" type. He had them around in case a girl insisted that he wear one. If so, he would pull the box out and say "sorry but all I have are these."

Airplane tickets. I'm going cheap as possible, always. I guess it helps that I'm not the size of an ogre.

its not stupid to pay for good shoes. i just got 2 pairs of dress shoes from goodwill from a brand called allden and the other is allan edmonds. these things are made in usa and damn they feel so comfortable to wear and just look great. everyone talks about my shoes now and can tell these things are more than $100. i can get them resoled and maybe they will last a long time. i always used to buy shoes from walmart and payless so this a big step up for me.

You're problem s going to great clips. Never try anywhere new for haircuts when special occasions come around. I have a go to barber that I've known all my life. It's like 45 minutes away now but if I need a go to hair cut. I go there. Regular haircut I'll try new places. It will grow back. Your hair however will be immortalized in someone wedding scrap book.

Also I pay like $10 for a hair cut.

I like good Tequila, but I don't necessarily like paying the premium price.

I guess you could compare the number of lifetime auto purchases to the number of lifetime beverage purposes for a more balanced comparison.
