The stroke is obviously legit with that 94%+ FT .... The volume is impressive .... you just have to wonder if he's going to get those same looks against better defenses in the NBA. The jump from the G-league to the NBA is pretty steep ....
@D-rock Dang, I should’ve put my Maui Jim’s on! I had no idea this thread was this frickin bright!! #KeepTankAlive Go Rockets!!! ....... ....... .......
I also really miss watching nwaba play. It would be cool if we can keep him too. Good defensive player, improving 3 point shot, athletic. Perfect mold for this team. I think 3 and D evolution is 3/slash and D. If you can slash and finish like kj and nwaba can then you don't have to be as good of a 3 point shooter and are not worthless on offense if your shot is not falling.
I think giving the kid some mental days / coaching days is not a bad idea. Let him see the game from afar so he doesn't wear down and can grow mentally as well. The best pg are not the same physically or athletically but they are all cerebral
Miles Bridges is who I compare KJ to the most. Both 6'6 forwards with short wingspans but uber explosive above the rim players. KJ should also end up at 225-230 lbs.
