So in your mind it's punishing children to have them stay with their family? You would rather they go into foster care just to stay here while their parents are deported? I think that's kind of extreme.

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security unveiled plans on Tuesday to consider almost all illegal immigrants subject to deportation, and will seek to send many of them to Mexico if they entered the United States from there, regardless of nationality.

Mexico's lead negotiator with the Trump administration, Foreign Minister Luis Videgaray, said there was no way Mexico would accept the new rules, which among other things seek to deport non-Mexicans to Mexico.

Roberto Campa, who heads the human rights department of the Interior Ministry, said the plan to deport non-Mexicans to Mexico was "hostile" and "unacceptable."

Isn't this the epitome of racial ignorance? The dude who think all Asians are Chinese and all Latinos are Mexicans? And we're supposed to think that this executive branch loves minorities? The least racist person that Trump admits to being is still a racist.

It's hard to be a parent. Babies came with no instruction. Life is a struggle. Sometime, somewhere, along the way, you think, what can I do to give them a better life than me? Sinful thoughts.

And because there has been that kind of injustice before, we should just prolong and preserve that kind of injustice so that it can continue. Valid point.

Wasn't my point, but leftest like yourself have always been forced to misrepresent the views of others to make theirs not appear so terrible.

Then explain more concisely what your point is so you're not misrepresented. Wouldn't that be the best step to take in this discussion?

Why don't you just state your point, then?
It was a lament, like "Alas, what the children unjustly suffer"?
Represent your own views, since they are right and true and people are not grasping them due to your failure to state them directly.

Yes, that's the plight of us leftists. We are only left to misrepresent the views of others to make ours appear not so terrible. It's a hard life, but when you have views as terrible as ours we are left with no other choice.

I can't find it online but on CBS news last week they had a graphic that showed we actually had fewer deportations in Jan of 2017 than we did in Jan of 2016. So... it really seems as though this is a media manufactured story derived both from Trump's idiot rantings and a lot of paranoia.
